Budget → reach estimator

What does a budget buy in beauty DOOH? Impressions from the CPM, reach from the frequency, venues from the venue's audience — the standard planning chain, computed live. There is no benchmark CPM or frequency; the inputs are the answer.

How it's calculated

impressions = budget ÷ CPM × 1,000
reach ≈ impressions ÷ target frequency
venue-months = impressions ÷ impressions per venue per month

This is the standard top-down planning chain — the same arithmetic any campaign plan starts from, inverted from the revenue-per-screen model's seller-side view. The venue-months line converts an impression goal into network size and flight length — 21 venue-months is 21 venues for one month or 7 venues for a quarter.
