Who we are

BDOOH is an independent research resource on Beauty DOOH, operated by BDOOH.COM (Yerevan, Armenia), and supported by adveles. Contact: hello@bdooh.com.

What we collect

• Newsletter / report sign-ups: your email address, and optionally name and company, when you submit a form. We also record which form you used (newsletter vs report).
• Analytics: aggregated, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, country, device type) to understand traffic. Our primary analytics are cookieless.
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) kept briefly for security and operations.

Why (lawful basis)

We process your email on the basis of your consent (you submit the form) to send research and the materials you requested. Analytics and security logs rely on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.

Who processes it for us

• Brevo — email list management and delivery (your sign-up data).
• Cloudflare — DNS, security and cookieless web analytics.
• Google — Search Console (no visitor cookies) and, only if you consent, Google Analytics.

Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs are short-lived.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, and request access to or deletion of your data by writing to hello@bdooh.com. Under GDPR you also have rights to rectification, restriction and portability.
