Transflective (Two-Way Mirror) Display
The two-way “transflective” mirror glass over a commercial LCD that makes a mirror display: it reads as a mirror when off and shows content through the glass when on. The glass passes only ~30% of light, so the panel must be far brighter than normal — typically 700+ nits.
